Sex In New York did well on TV at the turn of the last century but the question begs how long can ugly age? Now a second offering in the cinema Sex in New York 2 arrives. With the aging star, Sarah Jessica Parker, playing an over made up aging sex kitten, the story of Sex In New York moves to Abu Dhabi. Carrie (Parker) may have hopes some magic potion might actually transform her looks and acting ability into something that wont make you sick. Maybe Carrie (played by Parker) thought standing next to the life of an Arab might make her something more than a used worn up wash towel?

While each of the characters, we learned to hate so much on TV for their wild idiotic sexual obsessions and banter of self-indulgence, lays their issues out nothing is new and nothing excites. Samantha is going menopausal, Miranda wants to be seen as a sexpot instead of a human, Charlotte rather go back to the clubs than be a mom and of course Carrie just cant look good no matter how much makeup, and age is very angry with her.

As the years drag on the film points up the sheer idiocy that made the show work a decade ago – feeding the ego of woman. After years of promoting a life of fulfilling empty desires the fab four are finally left with what they are, and none of them are happy with their lot.

Perhaps a lesson can be learned but better you avoid this bomb!
